Payment & Refund

For security need, prefers your payment by the following methods:
1. Online Payment
We accept the  payment  online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB Card
We connect with OnePAY Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment (  ). All of your card information are processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system (merchant) but MasterCard with internation security standard.
After you have choosen to pay us online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB Card, you will make the online payment through the following steps:

To make the payment, you will input the following card information:
o    Card Number
o    Expiry Date
o    Security Code – CVV, CVC
o    Billing address (Card holder’s address which has been registered with the Issuer Bank)
o    Online payment password (If you have enrolled 3D- Secure Program for your card with the Issuer Bank namely Verified by Visa for Visa card, MasterCard Secure Code for MasterCard, and J- Secure for JCB Card ).

3. Bank transfer and Cash.
Except for cash payment, bank fee charge may apply (any bank charge must be borne by customers).  We will send you the Bank Account details in the Invoice after the services are confirmed
Cancellation/ Refund
If unexpected circumstances should arise and impact your holiday plans, we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation procedures and refund your money. Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers' requirements, and can be summarized as follows:
  • 60 Days before trip commencement: 70% will be refunded
  • 45 Days before trip commencement: 60% will be refunded
  • 30 Days before trip commencement: 50% will be refunded
  • No refund for cancellations within 15 days before departure.
  • The charge is based on the total amount of the services
For authentication purposes, only written cancellation notices (e-mail or fax) will be accepted. The refund will be made through bank transfer or credit card, depending on the original method of purchase. Bank fees, if applicable, will be for your account.
