Situated in the national highway No3 from Cao Bang town to Ta Lung border gate, Phuc Hoa citadel is 20 kilometers away from the town, in the North of Phuc Hoa district.
It has square shape with 400 meters height of each side. It includes
two rounds that are 80 meters away from each other. Inside the citadel,
there are market, temple and fields belonging to the temple.
